How does it work?
We view your property, advise you on the guaranteed rent we can offer, carry out any agreed refurbishment/upgrade, fill the rooms with professional tenants and then pay you your monthly rent for next 3-5 years.

We ensure your property is maintained and managed to a high standard, and we put the needs of our tenantsfirst to ensure they are a happy and our rooms stay full.
Who pays for the refurbishment if required?
Subject to a property review we will provide a free assessment of repairs and works required to get the best out of your property. In many cases we can cover the cost of the works through future rents.
What happens after the 3-5 years?
You can continue working with us, take your property back or you may wish to discuss selling your property.
